SEVEN PRINCIPLES AG (7P), a German IT consulting and service company that focuses on the digitalisation of business processes, was able, at the Annual General Meeting on 23 June 2022, to give some information on the successful 2021 financial year and the good start to 2022. Following the successful completion in the last financial year of the approximately two-year consolidation phase, the company has since shifted its focus to the exploration of sustainable growth opportunities.

To help steer the company optimally through this phase on the Supervisory Board as well, the mandates of the long-standing Supervisory Board members Prof. Dr. Hans Albert Aukes and Johannes Mohn were extended again at the Annual General Meeting, while Hartmut Ostrowski, a very experienced entrepreneur, was elected as an additional member. The Supervisory Board of 7P thus now has four members: Prof. Dr Hans Albert Aukes (Chairman), Dr Oliver Böttcher, Johannes Mohn, and Hartmut Ostrowski.
