SEVEN PRINCIPLES AG (7P) reports another profitable and successful financial year in 2024.

With consolidated sales of approximately EUR 66.2 million (2023: EUR 71.0 million), the company generated EBITDA of EUR 2.3 million (2023: EUR 1.8 million), EBIT of EUR 1.6 million (2023: EUR 1.0 million), and consolidated net income of EUR 1.4 million (2023: EUR 1.2 million). Financial debt was fully repaid over the course of the year. The annual forecast raised in September 2024 was fully met.

2024 marked the second consecutive recessionary year in Germany, which was reflected in the development of IT budgets and our customers’ willingness to invest. The economy is also expected to stagnate at best in 2025 – accordingly, we maintain a conservative outlook on future investment activity within our customer base. 7P will continue its transformation and – supported by a significantly improved balance sheet – expects another profitable and successful financial year in 2025.
