SEVEN PRINCIPLES AG (7P), a German IT consulting and services company focusing on the digitalisation of business processes, is ending the consolidation phase of the last two years in the 2021 financial year with significant earnings growth and is looking ahead to the 2022 financial year with optimism.

With consolidated revenue of EUR 79.9 million (2020: EUR 77.4 million), the company achieved EBITDA of EUR 3.4 million (2020: EUR 2.3 million), EBIT of EUR 2.6 million (2020: EUR 1.1 million) and consolidated net income of EUR 1.9 million (2020: EUR -0.4 million). This means that all the targets set for the consolidation phase initiated in summer 2019 have been achieved or exceeded. Following completion of the consolidation, the focus of business development for 2022 will now be on exploring various approaches to establishing sustainable revenue and earnings growth.
