Auditors
The annual and consolidated financial statements of SEVEN PRINCIPLES AG as well as the Management and Group Management reports for the financial year 2021 have been audited by the auditor GaMa GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Düsseldorf, and issued with an unlimited audit certificate. The auditor was elected by the Annual General Meeting on 17 June 2021 and appointed by the Supervisory Board.

Corporate governance stands for the responsible management and monitoring of an enterprise. According to the seven principles, SEVEN PRINCIPLES places emphasis on effective formulation of and compliance with corporate governance principles.
Up until 2016, SEVEN PRINCIPLES published a corporate governance report every year*; the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board publish a declaration of conformity with the Code. This declaration is published both in the annual report and on these pages.
*Since 2017, the codex to section §161 AktG is not binding for SEVEN PRINCIPLES AG any longer, as the shares are traded in free trade.

THE CODE OF CONDUCT IS THE BINDING BASIS OF SEVEN PRINCIPLES
The famous seven principles ensure SEVEN PRINCIPLES keep their promise – towards clients, but also colleagues. Based on a binding Code of Conduct. This commitment includes an extensive range of behaviours that contribute to the social responsibility of 7P within the entrepreneurial activity.
In particular, this Code provides guidance with respect to working conditions, social and environmental performance, transparency, anticorruption and trustful cooperation and dialogue at 7P.
