SEVEN PRINCIPLES raises forecast for the 2024 financial year

SEVEN PRINCIPLES AG (7P), a German IT consulting and services company undergoing transformation with a focus on the digitalization of business processes, expects to close the 2024 financial year better than previously forecast.

According to the unaudited half-year results, the company achieved consolidated revenue of around EUR 34.1 million (previous year: approx. EUR 37.2 million) and EBIT of around EUR 1.1 million (previous year: approx. EUR 0.2 million). Based on these results, the annual forecast has been adjusted as follows:

For the 2024 financial year, revenue and gross profit are expected to be at the lower end of the previous forecast ranges of EUR 65 – 70 million (revenue) and EUR 40 – 44 million (gross profit). The forecast for EBITDA has been raised to EUR 1.8 – 2.2 million (previously EUR 0.4 – 1.4 million) and for EBIT to EUR 1.4 – 1.8 million (previously EUR 0 – 1 million).
