Demonstrating responsibility means acting sustainably

For us at 7P, sustainability is part of a conscious attitude. We don’t just talk about it, we want to make a real difference. That’s why we pursue a systematic approach across the three ESG areas: environmental, social and governance.

What does that mean in concrete terms? We act in an environmentally conscious manner, create fair working conditions for our employees and focus on ethically sound processes. Good intentions alone are not enough; measurable results are important to us. We strive for substantial improvements through clear goals, transparent structures and independent evaluations. We integrate sustainability into our daily decisions by acting responsibly and effectively.

To ensure that you can always rely on us as a trustworthy partner, we have firmly embedded ethics and compliance within our organisational culture and structure. For us, integrity means always acting according to clear rules in IT, data protection and cooperation in order to guarantee transparency, security and fairness.

  • Reducing energy consumption across our locations
  • Use of energy-efficient IT infrastructure
  • Powering our offices with 100% green electricity
  • Conducting regular energy audits and optimising space
  • Developing modular open-source solutions focused on energy efficiency
  • Promotion of sustainable mobility (e.g. Jobrad, Deutschlandticket)

Our compass of values

Our Code of Conduct forms the basis of our actions – within the company, in projects and in our cooperation with customers and partners. It defines clear standards for ethical behaviour, respectful conduct at work and sustainability.
